Karlie Wolfe brings more than two decades of experience in business and commercial banking to the founding team of Field2Fork, along with a lifelong appreciation for agriculture and locally grown food. Raised in Morrisville, New York, Karlie spent her childhood in farm country, where seasonal rhythms, local producers, and homegrown meals shaped her understanding of community, sustainability, and the value of knowing where food comes from.
Professionally, Karlie has spent 22 years supporting small businesses through underwriting, operational leadership, and process development. Her career has been centered on helping entrepreneurs navigate financial complexity, build sustainable operations, and grow responsibly—skills that translate directly into supporting farmers, food producers, and consumers on the Field2Fork platform.
At Field2Fork, Karlie contributes financial insight, risk awareness, and systems thinking to help ensure transparency, scalability, and long‑term success for local producers. Her background in process design and cross‑functional collaboration helps bridge the gap between mission and execution, strengthening the connection from field to fork.

Ivelisee Acosta — Chief Technology Officer
Ivelisee Acosta brings more than 27 years of systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and HR/finance technology modernization experience to Field2Fork. Her career spans the United States Air Force and federal civilian sectors, where she has led the design, testing, and deployment of large‑scale, mission‑critical systems that support thousands of users and complex operational environments.
At Field2Fork, Ivelisee oversees the development and evolution of our technology ecosystem — ensuring that every platform, workflow, and integration is secure, scalable, and built to support the needs of farmers, families, and community partners across the Mohawk Valley.
Ivelisee specializes in translating real‑world operational challenges into intuitive, reliable technology solutions. Her background includes leading modernization efforts, migrating legacy systems to modern cloud platforms, redesigning hundreds of workflows, and managing full user‑acceptance testing cycles for enterprise‑level HR and finance systems.
Her disciplined approach to quality assurance, data integrity, and system reliability strengthens Field2Fork’s ability to deliver secure, dependable, and future‑ready technology that supports our mission of connecting local producers and consumers through modern, community‑driven food infrastructure.

Joseph Golden — IT Consultant
Joseph Golden is the founder and lead software engineer of Goldensoft L.L.C., a software company based in the Utica area. A Rochester Institute of Technology Computer Science graduate, Joseph builds custom web and mobile applications for local businesses that need practical tools to manage daily operations.
His work has helped companies move from paper‑based systems to modern cloud software. For Beaton Industrial, Joseph developed B‑Connected, a field service platform used daily to coordinate technicians, document job sites, track labor, and generate customer records — supporting more than 2,500 completed jobs since its launch in 2024.
For Mohawk Valley Wellness, he developed Your Best Week Yet, a gamified wellness platform used by hundreds of participants and local businesses to track progress and encourage healthier habits.
Joseph brings Field2Fork the technical experience needed to build software that is not only functional, but practical: easy to use, reliable in daily operations, and designed around the real needs of businesses and their customers.
