About Field2Fork
We’re building the Mohawk Valley’s first cold‑chain marketplace — modern infrastructure that connects local farms to consumers with convenience, transparency, and trust.
Our Story
Field2Fork began with a simple belief: local food should be as easy to access as anything delivered to your doorstep. But the Mohawk Valley lacked the infrastructure to make that possible — cold‑chain logistics, modern pickup systems, and a unified marketplace for regional farms.
We set out to build that infrastructure. Not a store. Not a CSA. A system — one that supports farmers, empowers consumers, and strengthens the regional food economy.
Our Model
Field2Fork combines refrigerated pickup lockers, a digital ordering platform, and a farmer‑first logistics model to create a seamless, 24/7 local food experience. Farmers onboard easily, customers order anytime, and pickup happens at secure, temperature‑controlled lockers across the region.
The result is a cold‑chain marketplace that reduces food miles, increases freshness, and gives farmers predictable, sustainable revenue.

Rooted in the Mohawk Valley
Our work is grounded in the communities between Rome and Utica — a region rich with agricultural heritage, family farms, and untapped potential. Field2Fork exists to strengthen that ecosystem with modern tools and infrastructure built for the next generation of local food.
Our Mission
To build the infrastructure that makes local food accessible, affordable, and sustainable for everyone in the Mohawk Valley — while ensuring farmers earn more, waste less, and reach customers year‑round.
This is just the beginning.
Field2Fork is expanding its locker network, onboarding new farms, and building partnerships across the region. Together, we’re creating a stronger, more resilient local food system.
